When we baptize children their parents and godparents are the ones who give a response of faith on behalf of their children! But these children one day have to give their own response of faith! Therefore they come to the Church and receive Catechesis and prepare themselves for the Sacraments of Holy Communion and Confirmation! Holy Communion is the Bread of Life! The Sacred Body and Blood of our Lord Jesus Christ. It is the spiritual nourishment for our Journey of Faith. We receive the Holy Communion during the Celebration of the Eucharist.
